Video No. 1: How-To Access Your Content


I don't know about you, but I have a pretty solid love-hate relationship with technology. When it's functioning smoothly, it is such a help. When I have to create yet another website sign-in and try to remember what the heck I entered to meet every unique "Must use this character" or "Can't use that", it is more than frustrating.


Anyone else out there tried every main password you have, only to finally choose forgot/reset and then be told during your new password creation: "Can't use a previous password"? (L-and crying-OL)


I am trying to make things as convenient as possible for you here, but some of those choices carry their own small obstacles. Everything can be overcome. Here are simple tutorials to help you get past any tech issues you might be facing, so you can get into this content that has the power to set you free in so many areas of wellness. I believe God wants to use it to abundantly bless your life and the lives of those around you, so take a deep breath and know that it is worth it... YOU are worth it! This is just a small hiccup with a simple remedy.

Issue No. 1: I'm trying to access the product I signed up for, but I'm just being prompted sign up again.

Simple help: You will have to access through the "My Courses" tab, not the product page. View this video for your login and product access tutorial.

Issue No. 2: The videos I'm watching are slow to load or having interrupted playback.


Simple help: Your internet connection is currently slow. You can change the video settings to something manageable and seamless for your connection. See how below.

Issue No. 3: I'm in the course, but can't watch the videos. I'm seeing an error.


Simple help: Check back every 10 minutes.

Occasionally, Teachable has a hosting issue that renders the videos unplayable. You may see the error code below on all site videos, including the course curriculum. (It's what I see as the Studio School owner.) They are extremely diligent about resolving these issues promptly when they occur... Usually within 30 minutes. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. I have only seen this issue two or three times since opening the school in 2021, but have no control over these hosting snags.

Issue No. 4: I'm using the Teachable iOS app, but seeing "broken link" or another message for missing content.

Simple help: Login to the Studio School with your Teachable info through a browser.

Teachable is working to make their app an excellent experience, but currently course images cannot be seen in the curriculum.
